Zottman Curl

Description

Stand holding a pair of dumbbells at your sides, palms facing each other. Simultaneously curl the dumbbells up under control, while rotating your wrists out, and finishing with your palms facing up at the top of the movement. Pause and while still at the top, rotate your forearms so your palms face down, and slowly lower the dumbbells to full elbow extension and the start position. 
 
Tips
Zottman curls can also be done one arm at a time, alternating arms every rep.Â
