Dumbbell Squat
Description
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bring the dumbbells up by the shoulders with the back end resting on your shoulders. Slowly lower down to a parallel position without moving your feet or lifting your heels. Keep your back and stomach tight and your chest up. The head must remain in a neutral position. Come back up to the starting position and repeat.
Tips
Resting the dumbbells on the shoulders will take the pressure off of the wrist if you are using heavier loads. Make sure to keep the back straight, as the weight may change positions as you descend.
