Band Incline Fly
Description
Anchor the band to a low point (just about knee level) and face away from the anchor. Make sure that both lengths of the band on either side are equal. Place your feet in a staggered stance, one foot in front of other. Start with your arms extended and your palms facing each other at about chest level. Bring your shoulders back and your chest out in front. Drop your elbows back and let your hands come outside your body, keeping your arms slightly bent and locked throughout the movement. Keep your torso stationary and slowly bring your hands together keeping your chest out in front. Squeeze your pecs hard and pause.
Tips
You can use a door anchor to anchor the band around any door frame.
