Band Chest Press
Description
Anchor the band to a mid point (about chest level) and face away from the anchor. Make sure that both lengths of the band on either side are equal. Place your feet in a staggered stance, one foot in front of other. Start with your arms bent and your hands just outside your chest. To initiate the movement, press your hands out in front of you keeping your chest up and your shoulders back. Squeeze your pecs hard, pause, and return to the start position.
Tips
You can use a door anchor to anchor the band around any door frame.
