Dumbbell Overhead Press

Description

Grab two dumbbells and bring them up to just above your shoulders. Bring your elbows and hands in 45 degrees. Start by keeping the dumbbells down at your sides then press the dumbbells straight up until your arms are slightly bent and not locked out at the top. Pause and come down slowly to the start position.
 
Tips
Do not arch your back or use momentum to press the Dumbbells up to extension. Do not let the weight fall fast back down to your torso.
Perform each rep slow and controlled squeezing your shoulders at the top.
