Lying Cable Extension
Description
Lie face up on a flat bench with your head closest to the low cable pulley with a straight bar handle. Grab the bar with an overhand grip and extend your arms straight over your head. Keeping your upper arms stationary, bend your elbows and lower the bar to the top of your head. Extend your arms to lift the bar back up to the start position. Squeeze and pause.Â
