After opening the app, click on the CLOCK ICON in the upper right corner of the screen. Make adjustments to each area of the setup according to the workout plan. Once complete, click SAVE in the upper right corner. To start the workout, just click the START ARROW. The application will help you to stay on track and focused with each transition.
