Dumbbell Sumo Squat to Upright Row

Grab two dumbbells and hang in the front of your body with your palms facing in back of you. Spread your feet shoulder width apart with your toes pointed out. Squat down as low as you can go, tracking your knees over your toes, while you are pushing up with your legs pull the dumbbells up with your hands and raise your elbows as high as you can. Return to the start position.
