Dumbbell Seated Overhead Press
Description
Sit on a bench with a pair of dumbbells and bring them up to your clavicle. Start by keeping your elbows down at your sides then press the Dumbbells straight up until your arms are completely stretched out above your head. Come down slowly keeping your arms slightly in front of your shoulders the entire time throughout the exercise.
Tips
Do not arch your back or use momentum to press the Dumbbells up to extension. Do not let the weight fall fast back down to your torso. Perform each rep slow and controlled squeezing your delts at the top.
