Dumbbell Squat Clean
Description
Grab two dumbbells and squat down with the front of the dumbbells angled down close to the floor. With an explosive movement, push up rising about one-half to three-quarters of the way up while thrusting the dumbbells up and back on top of your shoulders. Immediately lower down into a squat position as low as you can and rise all the way up. Lower back down to the start position, adjusting your feet, if need be, and repeat.ย
