Dumbbell Reverse Bent Over Row

Description

Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart with a slight bend in your knees. Bend forward from the hips, keeping your torso just above parallel to the floor and your chest lifted to maintain the natural arch in your back. Take an underhand grip on two dumbbells, hands just outside shoulder-width. Pull the dumbbells into your lower abs, contract your lats and middle-back muscles hard, then slowly lower the dumbbells down to the start position.
