Dumbbell Incline Hammer Curl
Description
Grasp a pair of dumbbells and sit on an incline bench. With a neutral grip (palms facing each other), let the dumbbells hang at the sides of your thighs. Slowly curl the dumbbells up in an arc toward your shoulder while maintaining the neutral grip keeping your elbows back. Pause at the top of the movement and slowly lower the weights back to the start position.
