Power HIIT Leg Sculptor

Description

 
The Power HIIT Leg Sculptor will crank up the fat-burning, and sculpt legs and glutes with multiple angles. Perform 6-8 rounds of all 6 exercises back-to-back for 30 seconds each with a 5 - 10 second rest in between exercises and 1 1/2 to 2 minute rest between rounds.
