Medicine Ball HIIT

A HIIT exercise that incorporates a Medicine Ball to enhance muscle development. Six exercises incorporating 20-seconds workout and 10-seconds rest.  Shoot for around 5 - 7 rounds with a minute of rest in between. Here are the exercises in the same sequence as the video:
- Hanging Knee Raise (holding medicine ball with feet) - 20 seconds
- Reverse Lunge to Front Raise (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
- Russian Twist (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
- Thigh Killer (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
- Sit up to Overhead Raise (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
- Wall squat Extended Arms (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
