Legs Booty Band HIIT

Description

 
A Power HIIT exercise that emphasizes legs and glute muscle development. Do each exercise for 20 seconds with a 7 second rest between exercises. Shoot for around 5 - 7 rounds with a 15 second rest in between. Here are the exercises in the same sequence as the video:
  1. Banded Leg Press
  2. Kick Back (ea side)
  3. Banded Dumbbell Squat
  4. Abduction
  5. Banded Jump Squat
  6. Side Step / Back Step
