Total Body Power HIIT

Description

 
A Power HIIT exercise that emphasizes total body. Shoot for around 5 - 7 rounds with a 15-second rest in between. Use a Work 25 second Rest 10 second interval. Here are the exercises in the same sequence as the video:
  1. Barbell Deadlift
  2. Dumbbell Reverse Lunge to Front Raise
  3. Romanian Deadlift to Bent Over Row
  4. Plate Sumo Squat
  5. Bicycle Crunch
