Total Body Power HIIT

A Power HIIT exercise that emphasizes total body. Shoot for around 5 - 7 rounds with a 15-second rest in between. Use a Work 25 second Rest 10 second interval. Here are the exercises in the same sequence as the video:
- Barbell Deadlift
- Dumbbell Reverse Lunge to Front Raise
- Romanian Deadlift to Bent Over Row
- Plate Sumo Squat
- Bicycle Crunch
