Band High Curl
Description
Wrap a band around a high part of a secure base. While facing the anchor point, step away until you have enough band resistance. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your palms facing up. Curl the band in an arc towards your shoulders keeping your elbows stationary. Squeeze your biceps, pause at the top, and slowly lower to the start position.Â

You can use a door anchor to anchor the band around any door frame.
