Band Overhead Extension
Description
Anchor the band to a low point near the floor. Begin facing away from the band in a staggard stance with one foot in front of the other and hold the ends of it in your hands behind your head with your elbows bent. Keeping your elbows in as much as possible, contract your triceps to extend your arms straight up overhead. Hold the contraction for a count in the locked-out position, then slowly return to the start position.
