Barbell Incline Press
Description
Lie on an incline bench with both feet securely on the ground. Grasp the barbell with an overhand grip, your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Unrack the bar and slowly lower it toward your chest. Keep your wrists aligned with your elbows and your elbows pointed out to your sides at 45 degrees. When the bar just touches your chest, press back up explosively, driving the weight away from you until your arms are slightly bent and not locked out at the top. Squeeze your chest and pause.
Tips
Make sure to lower slowly and press upward with as much force as possible.
