Barbell Romanian Deadlift
Description
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your legs with a slight bend at the knees. Hold a barbell in both hands in front of your thighs using an overhand, shoulder-width grip. Lean forward from your hips, pushing your hips back as you guide the bar down your legs until the bar is mid-shin-height, keeping your back straight, and your knees slightly bent. Slowly extend at the hips to raise the bar back to the start.
