Bench Burpees
Description
Start in a standing position and crouch down placing your hands on the ground in front of you. Kick your feet back into a solid plank position then bend your elbows and execute a full push-up. Hop your feet toward your hands into a crouch position. Use your legs to explode upward into a jump as high as you can with your arms extended overhead. Land on the ground and repeat for the desired number of reps or time.
