Cable Crunch

Description

Face a high cable pulley with a rope attached. Grasp the ends of the rope, get on your knees, and bring your hands down to the top of your head, where they remain fixed throughout the movement. Bend over at the waist so that your back is almost flat with the floor. Curl your torso down to bring your elbows towards your knees. Hold this position and flex your abs for a second before slowly lowering back to the start.Â
