Cable Incline Fly

Description

Attach and grasp single-handle D-grip handles to the lower pulleys on a cable crossover apparatus. Stand in the direct center of the machine, step forward a few feet, keeping one foot in front of the other and with your knees slightly bent. Slightly bend your arms with your palms facing forward about waist level. Keep your chest out and your shoulders back and down. Keeping an upright torso and your arms locked and slightly bent, bring the handles up and in to about chest level. Pause and squeeze your chest.  Return to the start position.

Tips
Don't stand directly in the middle of the cable crossover station. Instead, step forward a few feet in front of the cable stacks.
This will allow the weight to pull your shoulders back to increase range of motion and promote greater pec muscle activation.
