Cable Overhead Curl

Description

Attach a straight or EZ-bar attachment to the pulley of a lat pulldown station. Reach overhead and grab the bar with an underhand, shoulder-width grip. Your arms and shoulders should all be in a straight line overheard. Begin to curl from overhead to behind your head. Focus on curling using the biceps and reaching a controlled contraction just behind the top of your head. Return to the start position.
