Dumbbell Front Squat
Description
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, bring the dumbbells up to shoulder height with your palms facing in back of you. Slowly lower down to a parallel position without moving your feet or lifting your heels. Keep your back and stomach tight and your chest up. The head must remain in a neutral position. Come back up to the starting position and repeat.
Tips
Make sure to use a lighter weight so that you are not stressing the shoulders too much while performing this exercise.
