Dumbbell Wrist Curl

Description

Grab a dumbbell with each hand, with your palms facing forward. Sit on a bench with your feet about shoulder width apart resting the top of your forearm on top of your thigh. Bend your wrist down about 90 degrees and raise the dumbbells as high as you can get them, while squeezing your forearms. Then return to the start position.
