Just Dumbbells

Description

 
A Power HIIT that incorporate cardio and weight training using only dumbbells. Perform 5-7 rounds with 1 minute rest in between rounds.
  1. Squat Cleans - 10 reps
  2. Push Press - 12 reps
  3. Romanian Deadlift - 12 reps
  4. Bent Over Row - 12 reps
  5. Sumo Squat to Upright Row - 12 reps
  6. Russian Twist - 12 reps (each side)
