A Power HIIT that incorporate cardio and weight training using only dumbbells. Perform 5-7 rounds with 1 minute rest in between rounds.
- Squat Cleans - 10 reps
- Push Press - 12 reps
- Romanian Deadlift - 12 reps
- Bent Over Row - 12 reps
- Sumo Squat to Upright Row - 12 reps
- Russian Twist - 12 reps (each side)
