Legs on Fire

Description

 
A killer leg and glute workout with multiple high-intensity techniques to sculpt awesome legs:
  1. Dumbbell squat - 3 sets x 10-12 reps, slow 4-second negative on the way down, 3-second pause at bottom
  2. Dumbbell sumo squat - 3 sets x 12-15 reps, 1 pulse at bottom
  3. Extensions - drop sets - 3 sets x 8 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps with heavier weight and do 8 reps then drop weight by 20 lbs and do 8 more reps then drop weight again by 20 lbs and do 8 more reps
  4. Bulgarian split squat - 3 sets x 15-20 ea leg
  5. Band side step / back step - 3 sets x to failure
