Medicine Ball HIIT

Description

 
A HIIT exercise that incorporates a Medicine Ball to enhance muscle development. Six exercises incorporating 20-seconds workout and 10-seconds rest.   Shoot for around 5 - 7 rounds with a minute of rest in between. Here are the exercises in the same sequence as the video:
  1. Hanging Knee Raise (holding medicine ball with feet) - 20 seconds
  2. Reverse Lunge to Front Raise (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
  3. Russian Twist (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
  4. Thigh Killer (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
  5. Sit up to Overhead Raise (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
  6. Wall squat Extended Arms (holding medicine ball with both hands) - 20 seconds
