Power Step HIIT
Description
A mix of weight training and step aerobics where you alternate an exercise of each. This workout will tone muscle and torch calories! Seven total exercises per round. 20 seconds on each exercise with a 5 second rest in between to transition. Shoot for around 8 rounds with a minute of rest in between. This should take you about 30-35 minutes to complete. Here are the exercises in the same sequence as the video:
- Deadlift - They can be done with a hex bar as shown, barbell, cables, or dumbbells
- Side Steps
- Dumbbell Squat Cleans
- Step Up Downs
- Kettlebell Swings
- Step Squat Touchdowns
- Kettlebell Sumo Squat to Upright Row
