Description
While kneeling on the floor, place your hands about shoulder width apart directly under your shoulders and your arms extended. Your body should be straight, with just your palms and toes touching the floor. With your chest up and shoulders back, slowly lower your torso, bringing your elbows in 45 degrees until you are a few inches from the floor. Raise your body up by pushing your palms into the floor to fully extend your arms without locking out the elbows at the top.Â
