Seated Leg Curl

Description

Sit on the seated leg curl machine and place the back of your lower legs on top of the padded lever just a few inches under your calf and secure the lap pad against your thighs just above the knees. Hold the machine's handles with your hands keeping your torso upright throughout the exercise. Slowly curl your legs as far as possible by flexing at the knees, keeping your back against the pad and your core tight. Hold the contracted position for one to two seconds then slowly return to the starting position.
